We currently accept a variety of credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. It’s easy to use a credit/debit card to pay for your ecrater purchase. You can choose the paypal payment,and follow the setup,you can pay via credit cards.
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes your Tracking Number. To check the status of your package, please click on the link and it will redirect you to UPS, DHL or other shipping vendor's website. This function allows you to track your package using the tracking code provided in the email.
If the packets lost. we can resend again. or we return money 100% . Default shipment usually about 5-8 business days (excluded Saturday & Sunday, Public Holiday) to most US/UK/AU destinations . Fast shipment is about 3-5 days,and after you order over 100$,we will ship your goods in fast shipment without extra fees,and there is also surprise gift for you. Please contact us if you don't receive it over above 4 weeks, we will solve this problem in a very short time.
You do not need to have a PayPal account before ordering from ecrater.com.Follow the order setup,then you can easy choose paypal payment.

If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide "Proof of Damage" documentation from your courier. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it, contact us saying you rejected the package (see above), and we will then ship you a new item immediately.
